Grido is a commercial Open LMS platform 🔬 designed for delivering online courses and educational 📘 as well as business training 👩💼. The project was developed in close collaboration with a Product Manager 👨💼 and iteratively evolved over one year 🗓️.
My responsibility was gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements 👷. Based on this, I designed 🎨 the user experience structure for two perspectives: the learner 🧑🎓 and the instructor 🧑🏫.
I was responsible for designing the full scope 🖼️ of core functionalities, including course creation 📚, content management ✍️, and progress tracking 📈.
In parallel, I created a comprehensive design system 🏗️ for visual consistency and scalability across the application. I designed complete application views 🏞️, including dashboards 📊, course screens 📐, and dedicated tools for trainers 🔨.
The product was developed iteratively 🔁 based on product needs and team feedback 🧑🤝🧑.
